Used coffee maker 1st time today. Worked like a charm. I got before X-Mas, wasn't in a hurry, I only gave 4 stars because the box it came in looked like it had been in a major fight. Before I opened I wouldn't have placed a bet it wasn't damaged. To my surprise it wasn't even dented. Again manufacturer should make sure extra packing material is used for such an appliance. Great appliance for what I wanted.

This is by far the best designed crowd coffee pot EVER. It even switches to keep warm mode when the coffee has brewed. Excellent make and design.
