I love everything about this ice-maker. It's been reliable and durable. I only wish the access cover was a little more insulated but I would buy it again in a heartbeat if I needed another.

I bought this machine for my pizzeria because the old ice machine was reached the end of time. I considered whether the product is suitable for my store and whether it is cost-effective before buying the product. I researched, sorted and listed out about 6 machines. And finally I decided to buy this machine, but I was little worried that this machine could supply enough ice every day. However, WOW~ my worries and doubt is gone. This machine is a bit small but has an extra ordinary performance to make ice cubes with enough storage. I think this machine deserves to receive 5 STARS in the best of price vs. performance.
