    It worked for 2 days and now will not grind beans. I have tried the trouble shooting tips, but it will not work. I have tried the return links for this item, but they do not work. Also can not reach the company. There are no customer service numbers on their website.

    Hands down!! Best money spent on a coffee machine. It is definitely getting its use. Im not a fan of the steaming device because it takes too long. Haha. But The machine itself is easy to use and I really enjoy it.
