Loved the way it worked and no one else had one so didn't get it mixed up at pot lucks. Great gift from my son! Only downside the bottom had a weak spot and it cracked so the food is leaking through but would still give a five and buy it if it came available again.

The oval stoneware bowl crracked straight accross the bottom after only about a year of use. I have never seen a Crock-Pot bowl crack before. I have worn out the heatimg element in a few but never a bowl.

I've made only a few dishes in this since I got it but it's done very well. Overall, I'm happy with my buy and would pick the same again. The only downside, that hasn't been a factor yet, is the outer wall bends/dents very easy when pushed. When I've wiped it down, it is very thin, but has popped back each time. However, I'd expect that, and the lightweight handles, are on par with any pot of this type/price.

When our last crockpot died, my husband went out and bought a 7-qt which is huge and I don't like to use except for a gathering. This 5-1/2 qt crockpot is the perfect size and its oval shape makes it easy to cook larger pieces of meat without having to cut them in half. It came with a good quality carry-all bag which I didn't expect and is a great plus for the product. I've used it twice in the last couple of weeks and it works great. It may cook a little hotter than you would expect so just adjust your cooking time accordingly.

I bought this to replace a 20 year old Rival 4-qt round unit that had worn out. The new unit's oval shape makes it easy to put in things like slabs of ribs and odd shaped pot roasts. It was the most value efficient unit listed and I am very satisfied with it. I can remove the crock and wash it in the sink. I like the view through the lid. It is everything I hoped for and more.

I really love this pot, but the real-life cooking time is less than half of what the instruction booklet says. Leave the thermometer in the meat while it's cooking and keep a close eye on it until you get a feel for how long it really takes.

This crock pot works great and the wal-mart site-to-store is a great feature. We originally found this crock at a local national "Out doors" shop for $59. We found it on the internet for ~$50 + shipping. We ordered it using Site-To-Store and paid only $29.88 + tax which was ~$2.50. The Site-To-Store shipping was actually faster that the Quote when we ordered it. I would HIGHLY RECOMEND using it!!!!

Have used this crock-pot twice since I purchased it and it has performed wonderfully. Meals were ready on time and food was tender and tasty. The size fits our needs for 2-3 meals or when having guests. Love the warm setting. Meals are ready when hubby gets home at 5:00 PM and mine is warm when I get home at 7:30 PM. Will be doing Chili, speghetti sauces, soups and stews in it also. Expect this kitchen appliance will be getting quite a workout!!!
