The Crock Pot works good but it's so light weight and cheaper made than others I've had, it is scratched and dented. It doesn't look very good when taking food to Christmas or taking food to events. It's easy to clean but easily dented and looks bad.

I have had quite a few crock pots and have given them as gifts over the last thirty years because they are a life saver in the kitchen and a time saver for families big or small. I still today use my old original and a older one for church suppers and family outing because it is larger. The crock pots I have in my pantry and the ones I have given for gifts are still in service to the families that love them. They are amazingly made for hard-work (feeding large families a meal or smaller ones a few meals and they are dependable! I don't remember the exact date but since I have been married almost 55 years and fixing meals (almost daily) without skipping a beat with the first one or the larger ones with more flair the most important feature is dependability. May they and me last at least another 25 years!! God Bless and thank you for a product that does what it says over and over like that little pink engerizer bunn! I bought this 2 days ago and I'm returning it this morning. On low for an hour and then high for another 45 minutes and the food is barely warm. Very dissatisfied with this slow cooker and very dissatisfied with the Crock-Pot name brand for even letting such a poor product to be put on the market.

I received this as a gift after my favorite Crock-Pot suffered a broken leg (the bottom peg broke off). I absolutely love this Crock-Pot and use it quite frequently. This weekend though, we noticed a huge crack had formed in the ceramic. Thankfully, we noticed the crack. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find a replacement part. Which is really frustrating.

I bought this before the holiday knowing I would be cooking at home and then taking it on the road to relatives and was tired of the contents in my old one always sloshing out. This new one is great and It didn't disappoint at all with its rubber seal on lid and locking lid it didn't lose a drop and I didn't have to take the turns slow. The only thing better is if they would combine this with a hinged lid .

Even on LOW or WARM, it's constantly at a rolling boil. So, even though a recipe with a 5 lb. roast calls for 8 hours on low, it's done within 4 hours. I can't leave it alone all day because it cooks way too much/too high and food will be ready WAY before it should be, which really defeats the purpose of such an appliance. So disappointing because I bought this after having had my other one for 25 years. The old one worked fine - I convinced myself that a new one would work better. WRONG. Worst purchase I've made in years.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter and she has really enjoyed it. She enjoys the latch and carry lid and how easy it is to use.

I purchased the 6-quart Crock-Pot and Carry yesterday as a Christmas present to myself and couldn't wait to get home to use it to make meatballs.I loved the design: removable crock, oval shape, black color, multiple heat settings, and portability. It seemed to be a win on many levels, that is, until I used it. I was SOOO disappointed with how unevenly my food cooked! I cooked the rest of the meatballs this morning and the same thing happened. Terribly disappointed as Crock-Pot has nearly been an unofficial family tradition and slow cooking should be easy, delicious, AND consistent.
