Worked great then the pot started leaking. Must be a hairline Crack because I can't see it but the inside of the outer hull is a blackened mess on the bottom. It was used 2 or 3 times a month for just a year.

I bought the 8 quart for the size. I use it to cook while I am at work and it's easier when I get home. I replace a very old one that quick working. I bought this in the fall Oct 2019 and the pot has complete broke all the way around. I took out the bag to clean up after it cooled. I went to pick up the pot and the bottom of it was still in the cooker. What in the world happened? I have had your products before and NEVER had any issue other than they were old. It was working great until this point.

great crockpot, just the size i need, i only buy this name brand of crockpots. Its sad that the last one i bought was a programmable digital type. The numbers are slowly disappearing. I hope there is a warranty for this or a replacement. Other than this problems the crockpot brand is amazing.

Lost my old (circa 1970somthing, hand me down) crockpot. I loved it, used it every week and I was so sad. It took me a while to figure out which model I was going to get, but I'm so happy I picked this one. Though it's very different from the original it is just as amazing! Day 1 I cooked 8Lb pork to make pulled pork. The timing was amazing. The crockpot arrived a day early, and the guys were so happy to have pulled pork for football. Ship time was amazing, and I just love the ease of use. Quality that spans generations.

My former Crockpot stop operating and the next day I bought a new 8 Quart Programmable slow cooker, what a disappointment! The lid in this one doesn't have a rubber seal and no vent holes creating liquid splatters during the cooking process even in warm setting, making a huge mess, I was very happy with my previous Crockpot. I will get in touch with the Company to return it.

I bought this a few weeks ago. I researched on & off for months many different crockpots, i.e. size, brand, programing capabilities etc. I read the negative reviews re: the newer models of crockpots (all crockpots) run hotter than older models. The whole point of a crockpot/slow cooker is to "slow cook" isn't it? I knew before I hit the button to purchase that I was going to be disappointed. Unfortunately I was VERY disappointed, for the very reason I stated above. I will be returning this crockpot.

I've always been a fan of Crock Pot and I have many different sizes. The 8 qt just allows me to prepare larger meals, like a 10 pound turkey with ease. You haven't tasted moist turkey till you try it in a crock pot. I have broken the inner crock on one but entirely my mistake. Love it!!

I love this product, however a glass fell in my crockpot and completely shattered the stoneware, and I can't find the replacement on your website. Can you please help me find the replacement.

Bought this as a gift for my wife (she specifically requested it!). This takes the traditional Crockpot into today's real world and routines. Using time and/or temp to cook then automatically setting itself to warm has been a needed feature for years. Coupled with 8 quart capacity and it's the perfect kitchen cooking appliance. It kept us from upgrading our oven instead !! When you need to cook a whole bird, a ham and multiple side dishes a single oven won't cut it. No longer a problem with the programmable 8 qt models. Success!!!

I really like this crock pot cooker. I prefer a larger size crock pot so that I can fit a meal large enough for my whole family inside and this crop is able to do that. I had a Crock-Pot that did not have the timer and I have to say the timer on this is one of the best features. I love that I can set the crock pot and forget it knowing that it will automatically switch over to the warming feature as soon as the cooking time has run out. I would highly recommend this particular model Crock-Pot to anyone who is looking to purchase a new one. I also love how easily the crock cleaned up. On my first attempt to make overnight oatmeal it burned in stuck to the sides really bad. All I had to do was soak the burnt food in baking soda and it eventually all came off and the crock is like brand new. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
