After an eternity of steeping cold brew coffee in a mason jar in the fridge I broke down and bought the Cuisinart Automatic Cold Brew Coffeemaker. The machine is easy to use and the coffee brewed is of great taste. Cleaning the parts is easy as well. the only thing I'd change is to have a larger capacity carafe. For the cost and quality of product this is a best buy.

Great cold brew machine. Easy to make. Easy to clean. Not loud. Add coarse ground coffee and water and walk away. It beeps when it is brewed. It will strain to the pot and beeps again. Rinse and done! Couldn't be easier. Truly happy with this machine.

There is no such thing as a perfect system, but this works rather well. You can experiment with the ratio of water to coffee and for me, that's 8 scoops to 4 cups on the bold setting, for which I need a calibrated eyeball, because the even cups aren't marked. Check the little filter in the removable basket periodically, because if it's clogged, you'll either have a slow or nonexistent drip rate. Otherwise, enjoy your cold coffee!

Very convenient making it at home, saves money and time.Tastes great. I like that you can adjust the flavor by being able to choose between 3 settings We make it daily. Others have mentioned the noise , Yes it makes noise but you can choose when you make it, I guess the noise really doesn't bother me I'm very happy with my Cold Brew

This was given to me as a gift. It makes good cold brew ( when it works) and the unit itself is attractive. I am disappointed that the brew basket tore within a couple of weeks. Then the machine started to malfunction and the coffee would not flow into the carafe. Cuisinart wanted to charge me to send a replacement coffeemaker and charge me to send the damaged machine back to them. I found this to be unreasonable as the coffeemaker was practically new. ( less than one month old)

I bought this cold brew coffee pot because I jumped on the cold brew bandwagon and hated waiting 10+ hours for a full pitcher of coffee. This cold brew is so good that I actually use less cream and sugar because it's so much smoother and stronger. I am a huge fan and would definitely buy it again!

I couldn't have imagined how much I would like this coffeemaker. When I first saw it, I thought a cold brew coffeemaker would be another unnecessary gadget. After all, making cold brew coffee isn't hard, is it? I had been putting ground coffee into cold water and leaving it in the refrigerator over night. It worked. Well, now it has been confirmed that there is a superior way to make cold brewed coffee. Cuisinart's Automatic Cold Brew Coffeemaker does the trick. On first opening the box, I was overwhelmed. I thought that there were too many pieces, that it looked far too complicated. I was so wrong. The assembly is simple and logical. The sound of the machine, a pleasant whir, is soothing. The coffee is superb. In minutes instead of hours, one can have really good cold brewed coffee. There is more to know about the science of not heating, reasons why cold brewing must be kinder to the beans, etc. I'll leave that to the experts. But I will add that cleanup is a breeze. It couldn't be easier or better.
