My husband and I bought our coffee maker and had it 8 years without any problems except the gauge for telling you how much coffee was left in the machine didn't work any longer. My husband tried to fix it and broke a piece off which he glued back on. We were able to use it but feared it would give out at some point. We bought another one which we've had a couple of months and it works great.. We love these coffeemakers. We program it to come on in the morning and it ready when we get up. A person we know has had theirs for 10 years and is still using theirs. We recommend it highly.

We love this coffee maker! Cuisinart has always been a brand that we trust. We love this machine, it is nice to be able to program your coffee to be ready when you wake up in the morning. It stays on for as long as we program it to keep the coffee hot.

A friend has a Cuisinart brew station & her coffee always tastes great. So I bought this model & I can definitely taste the difference. I believe it's the charcoal filter! I enjoy getting 1 cup at a time.

I was hesitant to buy an air fryer. After using this, I fell in love with it. I gave only a 4 star because I was upset about the dehydrating function. Air fryer needs to be left on for 10 hours to dehydrate food. I use for Rotisserie, baking, and crisping.

This coffee pot is so easy to use and makes a delicious, very hot, cup of coffee. Love not having a carafe. Just place cup under, press button, and toy have a cup! My hubby uses a handmade y'all coffee mug, so I removed the bottom plate. I like that it turns itself off, too!

My 12+ year old Cuisinart DCC-2000 finally stopped working a few weeks ago, and so it was time to get a new machine. I've always had my eye on the DCC-3000 but checked into other units 'just to make sure' there wasn't anything newer that I had missed. There wasn't. The DCC-3000 was the only coffee maker that had the same cool features that I had on my DCC-2000 (coffee reservoir, 1-4 cup button, press-to-dispense, etc.) plus it adds the external removable water reservoir, the handy 'clean' button, and the LED light that illuminates the coffee dispensing area. A great idea that LED is...as for over 12 years I found myself bending over and trying to see how much coffee I had dispensed! Now with the LED, no issues whatsoever. I've made about a dozen 'tanks' of coffee and use 4 gently rounded scoops (of Seattle's Best "Portside Blend" ground coffee) with 6 cups of water (as marked on the water tank) with the 1-4 button depressed. Yum! Great product, and look forward to 15+ years out of my new DCC-3000!

This is the third time I have bought this coffee maker. I like the new design. I love that it has no carafe. One major complaint is the plug for the coffee maker. It is way to short!! I have to use an extension cord, which I have to prop up to make sure it isn't laying on the counter in case on water. Another concern is the amount of water/condensation that is left in the machine once you take out the well that holds the coffee. I have to constantly wipe it up as to not get water on the heating element.
