Love this pressure cooker! I have had it for a year and have used it frequently. It makes cooking any soup a breeze because it really infuses the flavors in such a short amount of time. I love using the browning feature to cook chopped bacon for grits or soup topping because it doesn't splatter on my stove and cleanup is so easy. I love that I can brown the beef for chili or soup in it and don't have to mess up another pot. I love the non-stick pot because it is so easy to clean. Win, win, win.

I got this as a Christmas gift and I was a bit intimidated to try it. First thing I tried was rice and it was very cool, tasted great, quick and very easy clean up. Then I stepped it up and made Mongolian Beef - YUM! Very easy to use and it was all in one pot, browned and then cooked up in no time. The booklet instructions are a little confusing but I figured it out after I started with rice (can't ruin or destroy rice). I am trying to find accessories such as steamer basket and looking to get a recipe book for Pressure Cookers. I attached pics of the rice and Mongolian Beef

I wish someone had alerted me to this product years ago! Outstanding workmanship, easy to assemble, clean, and reassemble. Multiple cooking options - brown, sauté, warm, simmer - are available, so there are far fewer pots and pans to clean.
Because it's basically an "all in one" electronic appliance, little to no time is required hovering over the stove watching food cook. Pretty much all you need to do after basic food prep is load the cooking pot, turn on the unit, set the time, and then enjoy the day.
And, the CPC-600 price is 30% lower compared to the cost of the competition.

I actually purchased this for my mother-in-law who originally introduced me to traditional pressure cooking over 20 years ago. A method we both love however having the electric option has proven to be a sanity saver for me! The safety of this model has put me at ease many times when it comes to building the pressure. With pressure cooking you save money thanks to being able to take frozen food and turn it into a meal in often less than an hour! I highly recommend this type of cooking for busy families!

This Cooker is Amazing! You can cook everything in this pressure cooker, I am amazed of the things you can cook in it. I have cooked breakfast omelets, Spare Ribs, Pork Chops and Potatoes and a lot of other things. It's Great, Simple to use and Very Easy Clean Up!! I watch a lot of cooking Videos on YouTube to learn how to use it. I love it so much that I thinking of purchasing another one. If you don't have one, You need to get one. it's a life saver for busy people in todays world.

I ordered this for my mother-in-law for Christmas because she said she wanted an electric pressure cooker. Although she admitted it was great, she said it was just too heavy for her to maneuver in an out of the cabinet when she wanted to use it, as she does not have a lot of counter space. She is going to exchange it for something lighter.

Bought three of these for our grown children. My sister has this cooker uses it a lot. Makes delicious ham and beans in 20 minutes . What's a better gift for working family's . My Son is going to use it for canning . You can also purchase extra pots , that's a plus. I didn't give 5 stars for the fact that I do not personally own this item.
