The Cuisinart DFP-14BCNY 14-Cup Food Processor is an ideal kitchen appliance that will sort most of your food processing needs. It will keep you sorted on most kitchen tasks ranging from chopping fruits and veggies to kneading dough. All these reasons make it a recommendable choice for most kitchens.

This food processor seems to do everything cutting the effort of beating, grating and chopping to practically zero. I can be a bit lazy in the kitchen. There is no way I am going to stand there for 10 minutes whipping egg whites into meringue. With this food processor, I don’t need to worry because it takes all of the effort out of this kind of kitchen task.

If you spend any amount of time cooking, a good food processor can be an absolute godsend. Capable of dicing, slicing, grinding, kneading, and more with ease, these devices can transform the more drudging aspects of food prep into an absolute pleasure.

After looking up review form various sources as well as YouTube video clips we purchased this to replace our aging kitchen aid food processor.

We are extremely happy with the build of this unit. It has a heavy base and is quite stable on our kitchen counter. The blades are quite sharp and can cut quite thin. The chopper can chop and purée depending on how long you leave the cutting on for. Make note of the fill lines, dry and liquid as you can overlook it it and have a mess on your hands. User error and nothing to do with the device itself.

It is extremely quiet compared with our old kitchen aid processor. It makes short work of large vegetables. The large size whole minimizes prep time as you done need to make your vegetables as small as most processors to fit in the feeder

This is the best food processor money can buy if you’re on a budget, and it will more than meet the needs of the average cook.

I own a Cuisinart food processor that I've had for at least 13 years. All of a sudden it quit and I was excited to purchase a new one of the same quality. I was a bit disappointed with the new one as the "jar" won't hold as much as my old 13 cup food processor. The post in the middle of this model is not as high as my old one, so even though it says 14 cups, if using it to blend liquids, etc. it will really only hold 3 cups at best. I used my old for liquids quite often so this didn't really meet my expectations. My brother was able to fix my old one and I sent the new one back.

 I just received this machine as a gift about a week ago. It is has already been put to good use in my home kitchen! Today alone I diced mushrooms & onions, shredded cheese, and sliced strawberries, apples, & tomatoes. They were all done beautifully without damaging the food in process. This gave perfectly shredded cheese, beautifully sliced fruits & vegetables, and the mushrooms & onions were diced just right for my homemade "cream of soup". I am surprised at the speed at which it processes and still has smooth clean cuts without mashing the food. It is also very quiet!

Despite being bigger than I really need (I usually am cooking for 2, occasionally as many as 5), this is a very reliable machine and does what it needs to do without any problems at all. The small food processors don't have the features of this one, so a large unit is justified. And this processor won the Editor's Choice from America's Test Kitchen. There was a sale price at Amazon.ca so I bought it... absolutely no regrets!

The Best Model in my opinion! Used them at my restaurant for years and this was the model used at my culinary school. Bought another one as a backup because they see to be becoming harder to find. Next best thing to a Robocoup! Highly recommended!
