Great expresso maker. Easy to use and clean. I slso like the way it is designed.

Love this machine! This is the 3rd one I have. My first EM-100 lasted me more than 10 years. When the first one died I replaced it with a new one but the steam wand broke off. Fortunately, it was under warranty and Cuisinart replaced it with a new EM-100. Great customer service on a great little espresso maker.

i chose this item based on my satisfaction with cuisinart products over a few decades. everything about this maker is easy. for me, the quality of the espresso is defined by the tamping process. with steamed milk...delicious!

This is the first espresso machine that I’ve had and I’m really happy with how easy it is to use and of course with the great coffee that it makes. The steamer is my favourite bit - and I hadn’t even really given much thought to that part of the machine.

I've had my espresso maker for about three weeks and use it almost daily. It was easy to get started, but I will say that had I not received it as a retirement gift and thus have the luxury of time. I would not be able to enjoy it as often. It is completely manual and each cup is a bit of a process and there is definitely clean up involved. So worth it though, because the results are so yummy!

After trying a few other brands in around the same price rage we ended up with a Cuisinart. I have friends that have other items in this brand and love them but this is my first perchase of the brand. I am in love with this machine and so is my husband. The other brands We tried prior to purchasing a Cuisineart were very frustrating. There was more maintenance steps that you needed to follow to maintain the machines functionality. This machine runs like a charm and compared to others in the same price range out shines them all.

I was given this as a gift for mother’s day about a year ago. I wanted to be able to make Green tea lattes so I was looking for a good milk steamer. Overall I’ve been happy with this product. There’s a learning curve to a perfectly steamed cup of milk but I eventually figured it out. It would be easier to use if it had more space to move the cup under the steamer wand. I move the whole unit to the edge of the counter so I can move the cup more freely. I only use the steamer so I can’t commemt on the cappuccino maker. It’s a pretty good steamer for the money.

I am very disappointed in my order. This is the second coffee maker I have ordered from this website. The first one came to me broken, making some loud noise and vibrating the minute I plugged it in. I returned it. The second one came to me used already. I thought I was ordering a new product, but I can tell it has been used before. I am not paying for a used or returned product. There is nothing in the description that says the product I ordered is an already used product. I will be returning it as well. I am really shocked that your company would send out an appliance that has been previously used. I was looking forward to making some great coffee drinks, sad that it won't be happening.

My wife wanted something other than the "Mr. Coffee" of Expresso Makers. After reviewing the site and other reviews, this Expresso Maker sounded like what she was looking for. She enjoys the ease of use and while there were fears that the steaming wand may not be high enough from the counter, this proved not to be a problem. She is in expresso heaven.
