I liked this mixer, but had to return it after 3 months because the on/off button cracked and I was afraid it would fall off. A product is only as good as it weakest part.

Mixer does not have slowspeed as advertised. Flour in the mixing bowl
shoots out of the bowl at the slowest speed .

I was disappointed this mixer does NOT have the SmoothStart feature as started in product info when ordered and on box. The mixer starts at normal speed. I am keeping but would not have ordered without this feature.

This is a great mixer. One button ejects the beaters. There's several different speeds & mashed potatoes turn out smooth & fluffy!!

The thin beaters with no center rod are a wonderful upgrade from old mixers.

I've only used this product a couple of times since I received it but so far I think I'm going to like it. The mixer seems quite powerful for a hand mixer. In fact, I need to get used to this extra power that my old one didn't have. I also like how the beaters are marked as to which slot they should go into. The cord is very long.

I buy what is rated #1 in a leading Mag. They did not miss on this mixer. My wife loves it, no more needs to be said.

It handles everything I want to mix perfectly. Whipping cream or egg whites is very quick. I do wish it's first speed was slower, it seems to go right into high speed! but this is a very minor complaint.
