Just received this nice looking compact mini frig so cannot yet comment on its long term dependability. I can, however, let you know shipping was very quick and the frig was received in good packaging with no damage. Please note in the instructions that after being transported this unit is NOT to be plugged into power until after it has sat upright on a stable surface for six hours. The matte color on the door is so nice and it's an added plus that you can change which way the door swings open if desired. We have it in a bedroom and it runs very quiet - there is a bit of a hum (it does have a cooling job to do after all), but it's not annoying at all or too loud and any other noise in the room quickly blocks it out any way. It cooled the items we put in it the first night very well, but to change the level of coldness you must turn a dial on the top right back of the frig. It is not inside the unit. And, a reminder as you search --- this one does NOT have a freezer. As for our initial impression, we are very pleased with Walmart's fast shipping and this choice in a mini frig and would absolutely recommend it to others.
