This refrigerator does a great job of keeping things cold. The only problem I have is that the temperature control is on the outside, on the top right hand corner. As this sits on a shelf unit, accessing the control is very difficult - both to see and to adjust. The marking on the control doesn't help to identify which way is colder. Since adjusting a refrigerator is always time consuming - adjust it and wait, repeat - until it is at the desired temperature, this is really inconvenient.

I purchased this for my son's room so he could keep his bottled water, soft drinks cold and not use up all of my refrigerator space in our main one. it is working out even better than I thought it would and would recommend it to anyone looking for a small compact for extra space to keep like things.

CONSTANTLY HAD TO DEFROST OLD REFRIG BECAUSE IT HAD A FREEZER SECTION AND WE USUALLY HAD WET MESS TO CLEAN UP IN GARAGE AT THE LAKE. DANBY IS GREAT. NO FREEZER SECTION TO DEAL WITH AND MORE BEVERAGE HOLDING CAPACITY.

This fridge is in my garage and holds all my beverage needs for my hot yard work, etc. I got this because it had NO FREEZER, which is what I wanted. Works great.. nice capacity.

Keeps stuff cold and runs quietly. I like not having the little freezer cuz now I dont have to defrost it. Id buy one again but hoping that I wont have to replace it for a long while

There is no circulation in this fridge. The back surface gets cool but that's it. We returned it immediately after determining somewhere around a 20 degree difference between the front & back. (i.e. interior back surface 30 or so, interior door compartment, 50 or so. I'm really surprised I got a request to provide a review as we returned it shortly after receiving it. Yes, I did contact Danby to see if their might be a problem with the location in our home.

Seems every small refrigerator I've ever had makes a bunch of racket, but the Danby, aside from being a heckuva refrigeration unit, is QUIET. Nice, considering it sits about 2-3 feet behind my office chair. I'd definitely recommend that you use a thermometer, as it will definitely freeze you Pepsi's (lol)... Bottom line: You might pay a couple of bucks extra for the Danby, but I highly recommend that you bring one of these home.

Great fridge all the way around. Holds quite a lot of items for a small fridge which is great. Keeps everything very very cold which is a major plus as well. I highly recommend this fridge.

Shelves are adjustable to accomodate taller items holds much more than you think for it's size. Just the right size for my office. Holds it's temperature. I would purchase the same fridge again. Price was good.

This little fridge has worked in my cube wonderfully! So many co-workers have commented on it being the perfect cube fridge. No icemaker to take up space. No need to defrost!! And large enough to share with cube mate.
