I was very happy with the service and the product.

I bought a camper with this same refrigerator/freezer and loved it when it worked. I don't know how old it was when I bought it. What I like do was the freezer is separate from the refrigerator and large enough for my needs. The refrigerator has a built in storage area inside the door for cans to keep them cold and is very convenient as well as an area to store a container of creamer or milk . Also has 2 shelves for other food items and a small drawer at the bottom to store lunch meat, cheese, meat, whatever you want. Shelves are adjustable and drawer can be removed easily to make room for large items. The refrigerator and freezer kept everything at a good temperature, door closed tightly and opened easily. Then it quit working, not sure why, the light still worked but no longer cooled or froze. So I investigated other small refrigerator/ freezer combos and didn't find the right size or features that I loved about this one. The price was a little more than other ones I looked at but thought it was worth it because the feature s we're what I wanted and the size is perfect, some of the others ones I looked at were too large and didn't have a separate freezer compartment which is important to me. This item was shipped in about 10 days and well packaged . I immediately unpackaged and plugged it in and used the small ice cube tray that came with it (also comes with a plastic ice scraper , I guess to defrost?). Since I have no idea how old the first one was, I bought the 48 month extended warrantee. Hope it lasts longer than that!!
