I bought this machine the motor stopped working. I tried to get in touch with customer service they said to send the machine to Illinois at my cost also return prepaid label at my cost. This means there is no guarantee on the unit. If the guarantee is valid then they should get it fixed everyone does that. Why we as a consumer we have to pay for the shipping cost when the fault is of the manufacturer and it covers under guarantee.
Be safe don't buy any items from this manufacturer. As in the description of the product, they do not specify how the guarantee is covered and the cost of shipping is on the customer.
Don't recommend it to buy it and be safe.

This machine works great for making gravies, for grinding fresh spices, coffee beans. different jars are convenient for variety of consistency. Great product, highly recommend it, practical machine! love it, reasonable price for 750 watts.
