Like it, it is big enough for a few chicken strips and onion rings but still small enough to be on the counter and easy to clean. I like that you can use the pan without the basket for rolls and such. It crisps food very nicely. However, the digital menu display is tiny and unclear and only for the eyes of the very young.

The Emerald AirFryer has eight preset Quick Menu Functions. The temperature and timer are conveniently preset and take the guess work out of cooking times. I coated some potatoes with two tablespoons of oil and cooked them using the Quick Menu Function for french fries. The potatoes came out crispy without all that grease. They didn't stick and slid right out of the pan. I'm excited to try air frying other recipes such as pineapple upside cake. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I love my air fryer. I don't know why it took me so long to get one. I have used it to cook and heat up food and it's perfect. I can tell my food comes out healthier than the way I used to make it. It comes with a little recipe book but I have since gone online to find so many recipes I want to make. The instructions were so easy for a quick start and it literally takes little time to get used to it. My only suggestion would be for the handle for the basket area. When it's in and hot and I cant seem to put the handle in it to pull out. It's awkward. Other than that it's great. Love it! Food comes out crispy if you want and juicy too. The air fryer does have a large capacity basket perfect for onion rings, french fries and tater tots. We did some frozen packaged onion rings on the french fry setting. We did have to go a little less on the time as the onion rings are a bit more delicate than the french fries but they came out perfectly crispy without being greasy in half the time it would take to bake in the oven. We also made our own "fried pickles" which turned out great! The clean up was quick and easy. I look forward to trying the cake recipe which came in the recipe book you get! I got this after hearing from my friends how awesome they are. All I can say is wow!! I have used this for french fries, chicken nuggets, fish sticks, steak fingers, etc. You can google all kinds of things. (Or at least thats what I did.) I comes with easy to read instructions. I have had no problems with the buttons not working or it not cooking the food. It is easy to clean after use. It has a nice design. There is not one single thing I can say bad about this fryer. I've used it just about every day since I purchased it. I like it a lot. the only problem I have is the coating in the basket has come off after only have it for 2 months. I've searched for the number to contact the manufacturer and I cant find one.
