Pros: 1.) Beautiful item. 2.) Makes a nice cup of hot coffee. Cons: 1.) no manufactures phone number to contact company with concerns of product. 2.) Puddles of coffee leak (must not fill waterline above spout.) out of spout. 3.) More like an 8 cup. 4.) Not a true 12 cup as stated.
