I bought this not without hesitation due to a prior Frigidaire appliance. Only thing available during Covid. Ice maker didn't work, door handles lopsided, seal on door two different sizes and found out it was manufactured in 2018 . Bought as new. May 2020 Will never purchase another Frigidaire. I purchased this fridge to replace my almost exact 14 yr old Frigidaire model that started frosting over and freezing my food on the top shelf. This model is slightly larger, about 2sqft and it makes a difference with the door shelves. I find items falling over the side of the middle shelf and on to my kitchen floor when I open the door. I dont feel as though I'm an aggressive door opener and I really wish the shelf guard was adjustable so I could make it higher. It's also noisier than the old model. There is a pretty constant hum though Im hoping I'll just get used to it. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase. We had to modify this appliance after it arrived due to items and shelves falling out of the door. We are satisfied with the way the modifications are working out, we just wish we hadn't had to make them. We would not recommend this refrigerator to friends. I love the way this refrigerator looks in my kitchen. It keeps everything ice cold. I bought an icemaker expansion kit that was fairly easy to install. The icemaker screws right in. This is the second refrigerator of this type we've had and both are noisy. I was disappointed in two changes to the newer model: 1st the shelf fronts no longer meet the shelf; instead, there is a gap between the two pieces where small items can fall through and it looks cheap. 2nd the milk shelf is smaller now than it was, even though the overall shelf is larger [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Cons: The doors are not parallel. It was delivered this way, but noticed it after the first use. Whereas the space by the hinge is less the 3/4", the space by the door is 1". One of the door shelves has a huge gap. Small bottles fall off while closing the door. Although all fridges make noises (e.g. when the compressor comes on), this model makes loud, startling noises at random times. Pros: Large Capacity. Nice stainless steel. At first, I was somewhat disappointed with my delivery since I had purchased it earlier in February and didn't get until the 21st. But since it has become a staple piece in my home. We have owned many refrigerators over the last several decades. This is by far the worst. We'd return it if we could. The freezer door is installed poorly and doesn't align with the bottom door. So it won't close when probably adjusted per the instructions. The freezer shelf sags under normal use. We had to tape the freezer and fridge door shelf bars because they kept popping off when we open the door. Everything on the shelf falls to the floor. I had jars of homemade jam just miss my feet and smash on our new floor when the bar popped off. We also find it to be loud when it's running.
