I bought this refrigerator about 2 years ago and it is loud but I got used to it. Today, a piece of frozen meat maybe weighing 1 pound fell of the shelf and damaged the bottom of the refrigerator. You would think a product would not crack from this kind of fall. Since it is not product failure it can not be repaired under warranty. How can a company make such a cheap product. After purchasing our new home, my wife and I agreed that the original refrigerator stuck out too far into the kitchen. We researched counter depth models and found the Frigidaire got the highest ratings for usable interior space. We're happy to say that this model does hold a lot of groceries. The water dispenser and ice cube maker are superb. No messy dispensing like our previous Samsung which never could decide if it was going to produce crushed or cubed ice or if the water was going into the glass or on the floor. The no smudge stainless exterior is a breeze to keep shiny and clean and it's a whole lot quieter than the old (2000 model year) Fridgidaire that we pulled out. We were relieved that we could still get a Fridgidaire Gallery unit that matches our existing kitchen appliances. We couldn't be happier with our Fridgidaire refrigerator purchase. I bought this a month ago and the fridge freezes and ruins my vegetables in the drawers. I have ice forming in the drawer and have not been able to come to a resolution. I bought this refrigerator a month ago for my new home. The reviews were great and I loved the contemporary and sleek design as it fit in perfectly with the other appliances in my kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the ice cubes as they are a bit smaller than other refrigerators I have had. Cubes fit in water bottles! Shelves and drawers just where you want them. I received this fridge as part of a recent home purchase and it has been great so far. The amount of space is great! Looks great. I love that it is a counter depth refrigerator. I have a smaller kitchen and it really does add a bigger kitchen feel now.
