All the features have worked well. It's slim design and deep features are perfect for my kitchen. My only complaint is the freezer door handle is a little loose and no noticeable way to tighten

Within a few months of purchase, five of the six plastic door shelves have cracked. Also, the adjustable shelf cracked. This is poor quality of materials. We are a retired couple, not a frat house; I expect a sturdier product for the price. The storage design is great but I question the quality. Also, it's very LOUD so most suitable for a kitchen separated from dining area. Maybe we purchase a lemon.

The water spout inside the fridge leaks and causes a mess. The freezer portion ice dispenser has you cleaning ice from behind the shelf . Difficult reaching in the back of the freezer to turn off /on the ice maker

Don't make em like they used to... Think there would have been a better way or actual metal parts that wouldn't break. I assume I'll have to replace this again in a few years

This is a beautiful fridge with lots of space. I loved it when I picked it out and the installation was fast. The only reason I give this a 4 star and not a 5 is because while moving one of the interior side shelves in the doors, just hours after having it delivered, the plastic broke!! It made me really sad because it was brand spankin' new, but because the shelves are so difficult to maneuver, it broke. I hope I can get a replacement.

Very attractive, and fits the small space we have. I prefer the water inside the refrigerator, instead of in the door. Looks more streamlined. It is easy to fill a water glass or bottle, and the ice, also easy to get, is in the bottom freezer. Easy to move the shelves to fit you own needs. We are very happy with it.

We are limited in space & upgraded from a narrow French-door model. The inside water dispenser was a big plus for saving room, & we like the 3 drawers & adjustable shelf that allows for taller bottles. The freezer has a nice slide out drawer on top. We chose to have an ice maker which cuts down on room, but not a problem for us. Plenty of LED lighting too! So far, very happy with our purchase.

The fridge keeps vegetables and fruit fresh a long time and the bottom freezer is convenient for us because we use it quite often. We have had our refrigerator for about two years and have run into the following problems: 1. The freezer door handle has come loose. The bolt that is currently holding it on one side has slipped out about 3/8 inch. There is no access in the paneling to this bolt, so i don’t know how i would tighten it back up without tearing paneling apart on the handle or the freezer. 2. The “leakproof” shelves keep fluids from dripping on layers below. But, because of how the glass is glued to the plastic paneling it actually retains some of the spilled fluid inside of the paneling visible through the glass. In our case we have a shelf that had some steak blood drip into this sealed area and now their is no way for us to clean it out of the shelving without breaking the seal. 3. The ice maker is on the left side of the pull out freezer and can become dislodged through the process of opening and closing the freezer a lot resulting in ice cubes all over in the freezer door bin or behind it if the freezer bin is full next to the tray. It would be nice if there was an ice cube tray that was secured more steadfastly in place. 4. The French door style is nice for access but requires the left hand door to maintain a seal between the doors which uses a hinged magnetic flap that is supposed to turn into place and seal the fridge when the door is shut. It does this by means of a curved groove in the top of the fridge that takes a guiding pin from the top of the seal hinge and moves it toward the back of the other door. We have had to realign our door a couple of times in order to get the pin to securely ride in the guiding groove. Usually the way i end up finding out that it’s not in alignment is because our fridge freezes a bunch of items. This happens because it keeps cooling the system and the coldest air comes into the feidge from the back but the air is escaping between the doors in the front resulting in frozen items toward the back of the fridge.

With a small horizontal opening this refrigerator not only fit that space it gave us a lot more height and depth than our old fridge. More shelf space on the doors plus an ice maker and an internal, filtered water dispenser keeps us from having to constantly refill a pitcher. So far so good and we are very happy with this purchase!
