I have been trying to get a problem face with this thing and nobody can fix it or help me with it and now they want to send the same service company that just lied on me and said they did fix it back out again you got to be kidding me. GE you have let me down!

Ice maker does a great job keeping up with the busy kids. Easy temperature settings. Good storage on the doors. Well laid out.

It looks like a good fridge, ice comes out pretty good, water too. Good size for a family of two. However, I must say I'm very disappointed by the looks of it. Although it says it's stainless steel it always looks dirty. Even when we get water the water drops stick and it makes it look horrible. We clean it constantly but it never looks good. I hope they do something about it because I can't recommend it as it is right now. We bought it about a month ago and it looks super old.

We recently bought this refrigerator to replace the bottom freezer top fridge that came with our house. We prefer a side by side as the ice maker functions are more reliable! We love the color slate!!! We actually decided to re- do all of our appliances in this finish and we are living the fingerprint resistant finish it offers!

I love my new GE side-by-side refrigerator in slate. It is well designed with roomy door compartments plenty of shelving and the features for the ice and water and door opening alarm are great! Happy I made this choice.

I just love the sleek look of the stainless steel. Very easy to open I just love the alarm if you leave it open too long. Everything nice and cold and I have started to drink water more. I rate it 5 stars

We had this same refrigerator in stainless that was 10 years old. We decided to upgrade to a newer model of the same since we liked our old one so much. We ordered the slate to avoid fingerprints and absolutely love it. It looks great with our other stainless appliances. I would highly recommend if you want a good side-by-side. We love it!

Very happy with my new slate side by side. The finish is wonderful, no fingerprints at all. The slate color has a brown cast which goes well with my oak cabinets. The outside water dispenser has a shield so ice and water don't splatter. Led lighting very nice. Like the wider butter storage compartment on the door. Love my new frig!! Thanks For GE innovation.

We just installed our new refrigerator and we love it. It has lots of roomy shelves and drawers. The exterior is beautiful and the interior is very useful. The extra large ice tray and the double size egg shelf are standouts. The is a winning refrigerator!

We had this refrigerator (or one that was so similar we can't tell the difference) previously. When our fridge died we went online and this one was rated #1 or in the top 5 of every review we saw. We were pleased with our previous refrigerator so we didn't hesitate to buy another one. We hope this one lasts as long or longer than our previous refrigerator. We like the look and easy functionality of it!
