Hooks up to smart house app I just say..Alexa coffee marker fridge and it's ready I wish it would talk to me. That would be awesome.

I bought 5his less than a month I have no regrets. I'm able to program hot water so by the time my husband gets out the shower it will be ready. No more getting our of bed to make his coffee. I love it!!!!

I have now refused delivery on 2 of these refrigerators. There appears to be a manufacturing issue where the slide in drawers are blemished on the inside lip like some one took a file to the plastic right in the center where you would grip. Do I try a third? Seems like a bad lot.

This is the second refrigerator.  I have missed 5 complete days from work just to stay home for service calls!  It still does not work.  It looks great, but it is poor quality.  I have given up hope with this model, and soon with this company.  I bought all cafe products when my kitchen was remodeled this year, dishwasher, cooktop, double oven, microwave and this refrigerator.  I would not wish this product on anyone, especially a friend. It is a nightmare.

We love the space and look of our new fridge. However they need to make changes to the water and ice part on the outside. When getting ice it makes a mess constantly. It's as if it needs to have an ice guard so when it comes out it doesn't spit out ice shavings everywhere. I always have to have a towel on the shelf to clean up the mess. Sucks to have something so nice with a towel on it. With a family 6 someone is always using the ice.

I was excited to get this new refigerator but my excitement has turned to disappointment for two reason. 1). It is not full Stainless Steel, instead it has black vinyl sides. This part cheapens the look of the beautiful refrigerator. 2) The not shelves are not as functional as needed. I can't stand a carton or Milk or OJ on main shelves. I must put them on a shelf in the door. I do love the coffee and hot water feature of the Keurig Coffee maker on the refrigerator.

I just received my refrigerator, before purchasing it, I did not know if I wanted to buy this refrigerator or another one. I had a GE Profile fridge for 10 years and it never failed. Even though I knew GE had been bought by a foreign company and many people complained about it. I have only had it for a few hours, but, there are many things I do not like. 1. The black slate scratches easily. 2. There are marks on the front of the fridge that I cannot remove with anything...not smudge proof. 3. The quality of the plastic and the inside of the fridge is really cheap. 4. It is taking forever to get to the adequate temperature! 5. The doors are not aligned and one door is sticking out more than the other. 6. You can move the shelves around, but their are too many o limitations. 7. The water line hose is placed in such a way that the fridge has to stick out more than it should. 8. The GE logo is coming off..wow!! 8. The technology seems great, however, if you take to long to look for something the screen turns black. In order for you to see the current temperature of the fridge or freezer, you have to adjust the current temperature and it will show you the current temperature (not efficient).

I researched for a while and what attracted me was the k-cup brewing system. It works perfectly. I love all the features and the space inside!! The best purchase ever!!

It's been almost 3 months with our new fridge and we like it ok.. As with anything new, it took a little while to adjust to the new configuration - we had a large single door fridge previously. We love the Keurig and the hot water dispenser. It eliminates the clutter of the electric tea kettle and coffee maker on the counter. The ice maker sucks...you don't get full cubes and you can barely fill a glass. The photos show all the cubes I could get. I guess we'll have to use old fashioned cube trays...that's a major bummer. The other negative is the door is so bulky the fridge has to hang out far past the counter and its very awkward getting stuff in and out.

Got this fridge as a gift from our new home builder included with the house. The LED lights brighten up this roomy fridge. I was never a Kurig user until now. The simple and quick coffee brewer is perfect for the mornings when you are trying to get out the door in a hurry.
