7 years and compressor failed. Warm wine and well over 50% of new to repair. We bought this one after having failures on less expensive machines. Truly disappointed.

Offers a good range of temperatures for chilling whites ready to drink OR reds for long-term hold. Issue: racks are too narrow and do not accommodate bottles in larger formats, including champagne. Very frustrating. And the interior light bulb is already done.

All good, except that the wood front of the shelves being fully wrapped with plastic made it impossible to remove the plastic completely without first unscrewing the wood fronts and removing them. This would be a costly step if we purchased these for our commercial/multi-family projects. Wasn't too bad for me this time since I only bought 1

We needed a wine chiller close to the kitchen for easy access, and our entertaining, and this chiller not only functions nicely, but is a nice looking unit with the wood shelf accents.

I wish I had known that this unit doen't hold "fatter" bottles. Works fine with normal wine bottles, but the thicker based ones have to be put in the top tray or forced in, resulting in torn labels. We buy alot of wines from thee vineyards in Oregon, and many come with the wide based bottles. Total bummer.

This wine refrigerator came with our new house. Love the look and find the layout very nice. We even used it as a temporary refrigerator for food and drinks while we waited for our primary refrigerator to be delivered. Removed a drawer to place larger items in it during the temporary time. Easy in and out.

Runs constantly and shelves are too close together so they get stuck on other bottles. Its not a digital thermostat, so you really don't know what temperature at which the wine is being stored. It's nice looking under the counter, but the functionality could be better. Also, repairs will cost you, I've had GE appliances for 2 years and have had issues each one.

If you only drink Bordeaux style wines (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot), you will find this product good, but very expensive. If you drink Rhone and Burgundy style wines (Syrah, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay), you will find that they scrape on the drawer above and the label scratches off. GE would have done much better to reduce the number of drawers and space the drawers ¼" wider. I would love to return this product, but it is too late. I read a review written in 2009 that said they had informed GE and would update if they got a satisfactory response. That 1 star review was never changed.
