I just made hamburgers on this grill and it worked like a charm! The burgers didn’t stick and it was truly smokeless as it cooked. Clean up was also a breeze. Although it is dishwasher safe it was just as easy to clean it up by hand with some soapy water. Definitely recommend! We don’t have an outside grill so I’m thrilled that we can now grill indoors!

To be honest, this is my second Gotham Steel Electric Smokeless Grill and I cannot tell you how much this electric grill saved me time and money. First of all, I enjoy grilling especially inside the house. With the Gotham Steel Electric Smokeless Grill, I do not have to worry about starting a fire for the charcoal or worry about having enough propane gas for the gas grill. The Gotham Steel Electric Smokeless Grill solved all that problem. The Gotham Steel Electric Smokeless Grill is really smokeless so you do not have to worry about inhaling harmful smoke. And instead of smoke, what you smell is the aroma of the grilled food. Second, the Gotham Steel Electric Smokeless Grill is electric and it heats up seconds. You do not have to wait long to grill your food. This is a great grill for all people on the go – fast and convenient. With the variable temperature control, you do not have to worry about burning, charring, or drying out your food. Unlike conventional charcoal and gas drill, you have to constantly move your food to avoid burning. The Gotham Steel Electric Smokeless Grill is perfection at its finest. Finally, the Ti-Cerama feature of this electric grill is something to be admired. Just like what they claimed on the infomercial, there is nothing sticking to this grill. You can grill steak, chicken, fish, and vegetables and nothing will stick to it. I put marinade, barbeque sauce, cheese, and even honey and nothing stick to the T-Cerama grill. Now you know that cleaning will be snap. However, from my last experience on the Gotham Steel Electric Smokeless Grill, please do not leave the Ti-Cerama grill dirty. I made a mistake of grilling food with marinade and sauce and then left the Ti-Cerama grill dirty for a week without cleaning it. As good as the Ti-Cerama non-stick grill goes, it still took me a long time to clean the grill scraping and buffing the burnt food off. It is best to clean the grill as soon as possible when you are done grilling. You can wash off the drip pan and the Ti-Cerama grill in the sink using dishwashing liquid and sponge or put them in the dishwasher. The drip pan and Ti-Cerama are dishwasher safe. So there is really no excuse why you cannot clean the grill after cooking. Lesson learned. Overall, the Gotham Steel Electric Smokeless Grill will save you time and money. Ever since I got a Gotham Steel Electric Smokeless Grill, I do not have to buy charcoal or propane gas. That’s one less expense and one less step to do. Whenever I’m ready to grill, I have my food out and the Gotham Steel Electric Smokeless Grill is ready to go. And since there is really no more “grilling season” or waiting for good weather, the Gotham Steel Electric Smokeless Grill will always be there ready to go. The Gotham Steel Electric Smokeless Grill is fast, convenient, and your any time grill. I highly recommend this to all my friends and family.

I was a little wary on the indoor smokeless grills. But, this one actually worked. I used dry spices on the chicken breast and sprayed a little oil on the grill surface itself. Do wash the grill before use, I did and still got a little odd smell, but this was also stated in the instructions that a little smoke and or odor might be noticed. The control unit does require a firm push to seat it, and it will click once seated. Allow ample time for it to cool before trying to remove it. Pour about a half of cup of water in the pan and set the temperature control and start cooking after a 5 minute warm up. I cook the chicken for the time in the book, but had to slice in into smaller pieces and cook till done, but my chicken breast were thick. I did not get any smoke in the house and the food turned out well, as shown in the pictures. Be careful of oil based marinades, that could cause an issue with smoking from the grill. Clean up was a breeze. My only complaint is that I wish the base was a litter thicker and heavier. I did receive this product from the Spark Reviewer program,

I got the “Gotham Steel Electric Smokeless Grill” because everybody in our family loves to grill whatever comes our way and this is just perfect for indoors, especially when cold season is here and you cannot grill outside anymore. I got intrigued by this item because I have never ever cooked on a titanium-ceramic grill and this grill is amazing. I was skeptical in the beginning, but it did not disappoint: I cleaned the grill before starting cooking, I added a little bit of olive oil and condiments to my chicken breast and turned on the grill on High: it heated pretty quick, I put all the pieces on the grill and they sizzled with joy in no time! I turn the chicken a few times and I move the pieces of meat around a bit because I notice some spots on the grill were hotter than other and they come out juicy, moist, tender and just delicious… Pleasantly surprised and oh, the cleaning was a breeze: just wipe it down with a dry/damp cloth and I was done! The footprint is on the smaller side so it takes smaller space to store it which is a plus compared to our old electric grill. I highly recommend it!

I just love my new electric Gotham Steel Smokeless Grill. It has so many wonderful features. What I noticed first was how light it is, it makes it so portable! This is such an improvement over the grill I have had now for so many years. I rarely take it out because of the weight and it's so hard to clean. This Gotham Grill is so easy to clean, there is no scrubbing, even with baked on barbecue chicken. The bottom pan catches all the drippings, and everything just wipes off when cleaning. What I love the most about this grill is the flavor of the cooked food. So juicy and moist. You can use a lower temp and cook your veggies on it...how yummy! No more heating up the barbecue to cook, I just bring out my Gotham Grill! You will love not only the flavor of the food, but it's ease to use, and especially to clean!
