This toaster oven replaced my old one and it is amazing! The previous one was good, but the capacity of this one is almost double the previous and on practically the same footprint on my counter - amazing! It also gets the job done quite quickly! Toast is perfectly golden & crunchy, but not burnt. It has a convenient and intuitive indicator for toast doneness that eliminates the guesswork! The convetion feature is also amazing, and the heat distribution is even and accurate. This thing fits a frozen pizza without any issue and gets it done way quicker than my conventionl oven! I've roasted veggies, 'baked' french fries, cookies and cinnamon rolls, and all came out perfect! This is the best toaster oven I've ever used. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I love this toaster oven. It has a pull out tray on the bottom for easy cleaning of food that drops to the bottom. It has convention, bake, broil & toast. One thing to be careful about is to wait until it's preheated when using convention or bake because it heats up fast and your food may burn while pre-heating. The only thing that could be improved on is a longer timer. The timer only goes to 30 minutes. However this is not a big issue as there is a "Stay on" function so you could always use an external timer for food that takes longer than 30 minutes to cook. It's very attractive on our couter top. For some time I have been wanting a convection oven, but in order for me to get one I needed to get rid of my Hamilton Beach toaster oven no counter space for both.So I finally did it and passed my toaster oven down to a family member and replaced it with a Hamilton Beach Convection oven that is also a toaster oven. I thought I would start out with something simple to make and I chose some coconut shrimp and French fries, as you can see in my photos they where cooked to perfection the color and texture where just perfect. Then I thought I would try a Roaster Chicken and the normal oven temperature was for 375 degrees and roast for 31/2 hours, so I set the convention oven for 375 degrees and basted it every hour and it was done in 2 hours as you can see in my photos it cooked perfect and was falling off the bone and the skin was crispy. I can’t say enough good about this oven I have made grilled cheese, baked bread and garlic bread in it and everything has been perfect I am so happy with this product I am not only saving time and money on my electric bill but I have a quality product that I believe will last me for a long time. I have read where some people have complained about a loud noise when they use the convection oven and mine didn’t do this mine was a very low pitched noise but mine was level so I do believe theirs wasn’t so please make sure yours is level. I highly recommend this product you will love it and save money on your electric bill as I have. I have had this for close to two weeks and have used it everyday for breakfast and dinner. It does everything my oven does and more. This comes with two shelf levels to choose from (Lower & Middle), a pan with sides and a smaller wire rack that fits inside of the pan with sides. I like the Broil, Bake, Toast, Convection settings to choose from. There is a timer that can go up to 30 mins. I baked a pizza in the pan (without the additional wire rack). I used the lowest time (pizza instructions) and it was done perfectly. The top and bottom elements heat evenly on the middle rack (recommended for pizza per the instructions that came with the oven). I received the Hamilton Beach 6 Slice Convection Oven over the weekend. I was hosting family and had to cook lots of breakfast options. This oven handled all tasks with perfect offerings. I was able to test the "6 toast slice" claim right away. The first batch of toast came out a little darker than desired. Once I learned the settings a little better, it was a perfect golden brown slice every time. I am very pleased with the amount of toasting space available. What used to take three separate toastings in my old toaster can now be accomplished in one. What a time saver. I can now get my hungry family fed much quicker. I am going to try the pizza cooking next. I have no doubt that the Hamilton Beach 6 Slice Convection Over will be able to cook it to perfection as well. It sits nicely on the countertop. The oven was actually bigger than I expected. It has lots of features. It toasts, bakes, has a convection oven and broiler. The handier clean-out tray is really beneficial. It toasts like a champ. I put four slices in it without any crowding. There was room for maybe two more but I did not need those so I went with the four slices. Toasted very nicely. When the grandchildren are pleased, it is a good sign that it works great. They love putting toaster pastries in it as well. Not what their mothers want, but you understand. Heats and cooks a frozen pizza great. The only thing is if you make your own it did take a little longer. All those little pizza snack like items cook wonderfully as well. Took a little longer than say the full size oven but, this is just a smaller version and it still cooks great so I am pleased and so are the little ones. Heat up food it you don’t have a deep dish full. The convection oven is nice and quiet as well. The door seems to have a “snap” to it when you close it however. I don’t like the need to twist the dial past 10 and then back to a setting but at least there are small buttons on side of dial to prevent over using the timer inside. Great feature to me. Those timer dials with the buttons last longer. Toast, bake, broil, use the convection oven. It has it all and small enough to fit on kitchen counter. Nicely priced as well. You can’t go wrong. Easy to use. Surface does get rather hot, so NO children around to touch the surface is a very ‘safe’ idea. They can watch the food cook and the pizza get hot. The ‘oohs’ and ‘aahs’ are very enjoyable to hear. Also I would say that a college student, if allowed, could use this or someone just getting started on their own. I love my toaster oven . It works great, small on the outside but big on the inside. I use it more than my oven.
