Purchased the InstaPot Brand as I was familiar with it and love it! Have used it for just about every kind of meat you can put in a bag and cook. Love it! No issues, would buy another if I ever could justify having two in my kitchen.

Accurate, efficient, well constructed, and appealing. The Sous Vide cooker did everything right. Beef and pork cooked perfectly. No problem with pre heat. This cooker is the only one I have ever used, so I have no way to compare it to others, but my satisfaction with this product could not be higher. (Unless my electricity bill jumps this month).mmm

I love this immersion cooker, it fits a variety of containers and is simple to program, tell at a glance both temperature and time remaining on program.
It lost a star because the instruction book had pale gray print on white for cooking chart, impossible to read at a glance, Instead manufacturer should have printed in black on white.
