Love the 8 quart. I have a 6 qt and a 3 qt mini, but decided to get the 8 qt so I could do bigger batches. Giving the 6 qt to my daughter-in-law. I use one or both Instant Pots just about every day.

My previous pot was 8qt very well used. One day, suddenly I couldn't cook, when I plugged in the power, the lights kept on floating. I gave emal to the company's customer care team and they gave me a great support. I'm glad about that. I am planning to buy an oil-free oven because reading people's comments is a lot of compliments, so I also want to try it.

We went from eating out regularly too rarely eating out because I am able to meal prep during the weekend. As a first-time mom, the Instapot has been a game changer! I even use it to meal prep my baby's food.

Well truthfully so far the only thing I have had to do with it is sterilize the unit. My wife has been chewing at the bit wonting to cook a frozen chicken.

I love my IP, but the inner pan is somewhat BOWED at the bottom. When you pour oil in to Sear/Saute, all the oil runs to the edges of the pan, none stays in the middle equally as I would have expected it to. It makes it hard to cook equally and evenly NON-STICK if the oil runs to the sides of the pan and nothing stays in the middle.. Other than that i think It is a great asset to have!

Soup, yogurt, and steamed veges, so far so good. This is my third InstantPot as I thought I needed a bigger one. Just made an 8 quart soup, yes! So happy to be able to make this quantity, so I have more to freeze.

Love the Instant Pot. I use it to easily make yogurt, soups, beans and Indian dishes. The food simply tastes better coming from an Instant Pot. Also, there is no need to monitor the cooking while using the pressure cooker component; just set it and come back to food ready to eat. The IP has saved me so much time and improved my health.

I love this product so much! Soups, stews, roasts, shredded chicken, meat balls, steamed veggies, you name it! I have not tried making yogurt, that might be my next adventure

I really love the Instant Pot. I used a regular pressure cooker on the stove top so this was a no brainer to purchase. I am slowly getting used to the programs for the buttons. I have made soup, spaghetti, egg roll in a bowl, hard boiled eggs, and now a pumpkin spice cake. All have come out fantastic. The warranty is awesome and they stand by their products! I recently purchased a smaller 3 quart. I use it for small batches and have had great results. I want to try beef stew and beef barley soup and of course the #17 Cheesecake. I have actually gotten rid of my slow cookers and other appliances since this can do so much more. Highly recommend!

I've pretty much switched to Instant Pots for much of my cooking. They are wonderful for practically everything I do in the kitchen. The 8 quart, because of its size, is useful for cooking for a crowd. A good sized roast or medium brisket can be accomplished in a short time. Boiling a large batch of pasta or pressure cooking few whole squash is a snap. It's also great for slow cooking and sautéing, as the size of the opening allows you to reach into the pot. The 8 quart seems to cook hotter than the other puts and so experimentation is called for, things won't take as long to cook. The company stands behind their products and is easy to contact and talk to. In this modern world of menu driven robot phone services this is a breath of fresh air!
