Tried this product with french fries first. It was very easy to use, cooks fries fast but felt the fries were still mushy, not much flavor. We then tried a chicken, again fast cooking time but no crunch to the chicken. I was not satisfied with this product. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I was quite surprised by the size of this air fryer! It can cook quite a bit of food at one time. It heats up fast (it's recommended to preheat first) and food turns out amazing and so much healthier for you without all the grease. Food is crunchy and cooked thoroughly. This air fryer has a timer on it, along with temperature settings. This beeps when it's ready to use and when it's done. Very easy to use and clean (can be hand washed or is dishwasher safe). I absolutely recommend this air fryer especially if you've never used one before. This air fryer is large enough to cook a whole chicken, nuggets, fries, just about anything for fast, delicious food. I absolutely love the style of this air fryer . The fryer is not too bulky and the design is modern and sleek to match with just about anything. I first tested my fryer with cheese sticks and the whole process was super simple. The frozen cheese stickes cooked well and the breading surprisingly had crunch to it. I was worried about cleaning since the basket is attached to the tray with screws but when I went to clean out my one cheese stick that had broken open the cheese had just slid out it was fantastic. We love the Kalorik air fryer it is so easy to use and a lot healthier than frying in oil. It is so easy to use that my teenage daughter was able to prepay her own chicken fingers and fries in it with no problems. Clean up is so easy all we had to do was wash out the basket and it was done. I really like that it a digital display so you know exactly what temp it is as well as how long you are cooking for. First air fryer for my family and I was super impressed. Absolutely super super simple to use! Instruction book was very helpful and it came with a recipe book also! This air fryer is easy to use and does a good job cooking our food just the way we like. It has a digital display to set the temperature and time desired. We also can reheat our leftovers. I love this air fryer! The XL size is definitely big enough for my family of three. It really has made things in the kitchen much simpler for me. We have made pizza and I love the crisp crust, even though an oven says it will crisp its usually still soggy, not with the air fryer. Last night I made zucchini fries, I've never had much success with these in the oven but these were crunchy on the outside and crisp on the outside, amazing! It's easy to clean, I just run some water over it and wipe it with a damp cloth, no soap. Then to dry it, I usually run it for about a minute or 2 and voila! It is pretty loud but not much more than what sounds like a fan. I make more sounds banging my pots and pans. It takes up a lot of counter space on it's own then in addition you need to make sure you clear the area around it. So if you have little counter space, you may consider putting this on top of your stove. You have to work with it some to get the timing of cooking your foods right. Trial and error I say. I am very impressed with KALORIK Digital Air Fryer. It's very sleek looking in it's all black casing. With it being a digital appliance. It fits in with all kinds of appliances in the kitchen. Although, I never heard of this brand before. I'm glad I chose to review it. It cooks the food in no time. Compared to cooking in the oven or even stovetop. I can make enough for my family. Or just enough for me. Now that I'm air frying food taste so much better. And to know it's healthier. Is a greater plus for my family. And it automatically shuts off after an hour. I opened and used this today.I cooked frozen French fries and samosas (Indian snack).My family could not tell the difference in frying them in oil.It was beyond the expectations.The food was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.The cooking is quick and extremely easy.The house did not smell of grease.Makes healthy food with less calories .Easy to clean.A great tool for meals made from scratch.A great invention for busy moms.Its portable,you can use it anywhere.
