I bought this microwave to replace one exactly like it that lasted six years. This one didn't even last two weeks before it started smoking. Amazon paid return shipping and made refund immediately. Always hurrah for Amazon!!! Sharp has had many problems with this model, and also makes several of the more expensive brands under their name. I would be happy if I got ten years out of one for this price. I had a Whirlpool over the stove model for twenty years. Quality is just a thing of the past. Shame on you Sharp and everyone who puts out inferior products. Thanks to Amazon for not only great prices, but better service than anyone.
