This is my 2nd Keurig and it also did not last more than a year. Returned the 1st one to the merchant for credit and bought another one (what was I thinking) at Walmart. Now it to has continued to be a problem. 1st - started making loud noises; 2nd - no matter what cup selection I chose, I only got about 2 tbsps. of coffee so had to repeat the process until I had a full cup, if I still wanted coffee. I've cleaned, cleaned, and cleaned it w/lousy results. Would work for a couple of times, then same thing started over again. Also, seems to hold mold or something in the part that rises w/the water level - can't get to it to clean it completely. Wonder if others have had these problems.

This is a very good product. I bought it on sale Black Friday for 64 dollars. A very unbeatable price. Its easy to use and so many choices on kcups.

Even tho all the kids had these I thought I would not need one, but after trying it I am happy that I bought it. I have only used it once so far, but am looking forward to all of the different things I can make with it. It even arrived ahead of schedule.

I got my Keurig and started using it that night. I just love it. It is perfect since I am the only one that drinks coffee in the house. No more half pots poured down the drain.

I love my Keurig! This was the best price I found on the elite series. Shipping was free and shipping was fast. I couldn't be more excited. Now everyday at work I don't have to walk across my whole office to get coffee, its right at the end of my desk!

My parents bought this for me because I was in need of a new coffee maker. They have one and love it. Since getting it we have started to use it for everyday hot tea(my wife doesn't drink coffee) as well as coffee. Brews the perfect cup of coffee and tea. My wife likes it for the ease of use with the kids. They are able to make their own cups of hot chocolate. No guess work. Just the perfect cup everytime. NO WASTE.

We had so many makers this is just the best, each cup taste the same no waste. Brews super fast. So many diff. kinds of coffee to choose from or just use the filter and use whatever. Some complain about the noise it makes for a couple seconds. Its nothing get over it could not believe that it was some people's con on this product.Only thing get the filter if using tap water, Most blame the maker on a poor cup of coffee but 90% of it is the water . Tap water can change on on a daily basis a filter is worth it. For us its close to perfect except it does not get my cup from the shelf and then bring it out to me in my chair. But we cant have everything.
