I purchased it about a month ago as I was starting to get into baking, since then there is no going back! I have baked a tres leches cake, brownies, apple crumble pie, pizza dough and baking literally feels like a piece of cake (pun intended) It is so easy and convenient to make everything in it. I would recommend every household to invest in this!! (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)

I dreamed of owning a KitchenAid stand mixer for decades and finally, my dream came true. What a nightmare! Purchased in November, I looked forward to holiday baking only to find the mixer they said could handle up to 5 dozen cookies at a time, couldn't properly mix a one dozen batch. Flour was repeatedly left on the bottom of the bowl. Performing the dime test left me more perplexed when I learned the beater didn't need to be lowered. It was actually too low and dragging on the bottom of the bowl. It's upsetting to look at your hard-earned money wasted on something unusable, so I gave it 1 more try. Tonight was boggling: how could cake batter contain so many lumps when after 30 seconds of mixing on low speed it was as thin as water and had to be ladled into cupcake liners? It's heartbreaking that a name once synonymous with quality is being placed on junk.
