We kept this toaster after a LOT of R&D. Toasts very evenly, powerful, easy to use (and see) controls. Wide slots for toast or bagels, and a way to eject the toast a bit further if it is a smaller piece. It has a grounded cord which I like for a kitchen toaster. Wish the stainless didn't show fingerprints so easily. I love the look when it is totally clean!
