I am in love with my kitchen aid mixer. Before I purchased this I seldom had energy to pull out ingredients and set up my hand mixer. It was just so time consuming and there was always a mess (I don't exactly have great coordination when that electric hand mixer starts flowing flour and sticky batter!). A bonus for me is that I always have a kid or two anxious to help me in the kitchen and since using the kitchen aid mixer baking is a joy. I've taught them how to use it and several of my kids have favorite recipes they now can put together on their own. We also love the ease of whipping up our own cream and I use the dough hook weekly for pizza crust. I'm so thankful that I finally made this purchase.
