This toaster works fine and is good quality. The disturbing thing is the disgusting condition the box it came in. Walmart did not bother to place it in cardboard box. It was shipped in original box with a ups label. The box looks like it was returned by another customer. Taped over and generally used. I had to sanitize the toaster and leave for 3 days in garage. In these times of covid19, you'll think walmart will have the social responsibility to properly package merchandise to avoid contamination.
