I ordered this for making my own ground meats (beef, pork, chicken, etc) since larger pieces stay fresh longer in the fridge and this way I can mince it as needed. I am really happy with it! It worked great on pork chops to make minced pork (the only thing I've tried it on so far) for Chinese food. Very fast! The meat went from pork chops (which I did cut into chunks) to minced pork in about 10-15 seconds. The motor unit is a little tricky to engage. You have to work with it a little, but it's not bad. I was happy to see that it came with little blade covers since the blades are extremely sharp. It worked just as described for a very reasonable price. Great buy!

The description is false. The bowl has a max fill line and it?s only 2 cups. That?s like 1 chicken breast. I am cooking for 4 people, not making cat food. Yes the whole bowl is 8 cups, but that?s not usable capacity. I am returning this miniature gadget.

This was great! I used it on 2 lbs of pork, piece of cake! Then cabagge, no problem! Really easy to use, and easy to clean. Highly recommend it!
