I had an old Nesco 5 quart roaster that I loved. Unfortunately the roaster quit working properly. I ordered this one as a replacement but wished it had the digital temperature display. The temperature settings on this newer version are not as detailed. The lid is much lighter in weight than my old roaster. Hopefully it performs as well as my old one.

we all love this product .. only thing I want more is a 8 quart or 10 quart one ..for which I havnt found ... but the 6 quart is excellent

Very practical,cooking,baking and roasting all in one appliance. Bought it for cooking on patio in the summer. Easy clean up.

We bought this roaster on an after-Christmas sale about 20 years ago. We have LOVED it! It is finally at a point where the calibration is off and it is time to replace it. This is used in my kitchen more than any other small appliance and cooks anything you want to put in it more efficiently than any other method there is! I am on here today to purchase a replacement and am seriously going to have a hard time parting ways with my old one. So worth the money!

I was looking for a replacement for a crock pot(mine shattered). After thinking about it, I wanted something a little more versatile. This roaster oven covers it all. I have used it quite a few times since getting it over a month ago. I've slow cooked spaghetti sauce and soups. I have also done chicken and dumplings it (using it as a large pot). I have also roasted a 6 1/2 lb chicken in it. Clean up is easy. I am considering buying my son one and my mother (she won't need the stove for roasting a small chicken or roast). It is fantastic!

We use this product so often that we bought one for our daughter. It has an efficient circle of heat which prevents food from burning on the bottom, has a rack that keeps food off the bottom, has a temperature control and has a removable porcelain pan that is easy to clean. I either use a cooking bag with added liquid or cover the meat with liquid. I cook anything from pork chops and roasts, beef roasts, small hams, chicken and more. It is my favorite appliance!!!!!

I purchased the cooker for my son. He loves it, I have owned one in the past and it is a perfect size for cooking for a small family. You can cook so many things in it from baking, frying, roastin and anything you use a regular stove and oven for.

I have several cookers but this is my favorite. Ihave one and just purchased this one for a christmas present after my daughter inlaw used mine and liked it so well.
