Ninja Mega Kitchen System (BL770) Reviews

I've owned the Ninja Kitchen System for a little over two years. I use the single serving cup to make smoothies. However, this morning the cup will not come off the base. I did not do anything different in operating the machine today, there was no leaking, and the cup does not appear to be crooked on the base. I cannot press the cup down so it will turn counterclockwise to remove the cup. After calling customer service their advice was to find someone stronger than me and if that doesn't work buy a new one. Really! I now have a small cup stuck on the base and this renders this very expensive appliance useless. Dyson has been very responsive to problems when I called about a vacuum that stopped. No questions asked. A new one was sent. Just sayin.

I wanted a Ninja Kitchen system for a long time now I finally got one and I'm so happy with it, specially the single serve feature now I can make anything from smoothies to salsa and soups in no time. The system is easy to use and to clean I definitely recommend this product.

I have had this blender for about 5 months. We use the single serve cup at least twice a day and sometimes more. My only complaint is that the blades on the blending lid for the single serve have become loose twice. The first time it happened I contacted Ninja and they sent a replacement. This time I think we will have to return it and find something that can handle the usage. We make green smoothies and it blends the spinach and kale very nicely.

This is the best blender, food processor, smoothie maker and etc. I have ever owned! It has no problem chopping, blending, crushing or breaking huge ice chunks and etc. Works like a charm! The fact it is so many different things in one is definitely the perfect feature for me!

Great for making single serve juices and smoothies.

I haven't used it mixing dough yet but I love it for everything so far. I can tell that I'm going to love it for cookie dough and bread mixing. It's exactly what I hoped that it would be. And it arrived so quickly. The price was reasonable as well. I would recommend to anyone and I would certainly consider Hayneedle for any future needs.

This is not a piece of kitchen gadgetry that will wear out before you can send in the warranty papers on it. Heavy construction, yet stylish. Apparently built by folks who want you to have it a lifetime. For making large batches of juice and salsas from the garden, this can't be beat. Our last project was to chop up candy canes for homemade peppermint biscotti and it didn't flinch when pulverizing into a granular consistency. We love it. It's the best kitchen appliance we have ever bought, right there along with the Kitchen-Aid mixer.

We tried two other appliances ( both high end juicers) before getting this unit. This is much better than the juicers. Easier cleanup as we don't have to mess with the pulp waste. This unit does a great job of making the whole fruit and/or vegetables completely drinkable as a smoothie. The mid sized mixer bowl does a very credible job of kneading dough also. You can't go wrong getting this model of the Ninja !
