I bought this to roast chicken primarily and hoped to use it to make sweet potato fries. Took me forever to figure out how to use it as an air fryer because there are really no instructions for that and when I contacted the manufacturer, they had no clue either (after speaking with a couple of people). Disappointing to say the least. I finally figured out how to place the two racks in such a way that I could do it. Since buying I've become vegan so I need to perfect the potatoes. I have not yet tried using the metal piece to take the lid up higher but suspect that may even do better than using it as it is in the photo. Other than that, I like the fact it's glass and easy to clean up. You can put parchment paper or foil in the bottom to catch drippings and make it even easier to use. I wish they had more tools/attachments to accomplish certain tasks but overall, I like it.
