The Omega VRT330 vertical masticating style juicer is a revolutionary product, as it features the high efficiency of a masticating style juicer in a vertical design. Sometimes referred to as a low speed juicer, the VRT processes at 80rpm, whereas most other juicers process at a speed of 1,650 to 15,000rpm. The low speed protects and maintains healthy enzymes, prevents oxidation and allows juice to be stored up to 72 hours without degradation. The VRT330's dual stage juice processing system extracts the maximum amount of juice from fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, even wheatgrass! Add a variety of fruits and vegetables with minimal prep work thanks to the juicer's wide feed-chute opening. The innovative cleaning system wipes the screen clear during juicing increasing the VRT's efficiency.

I love this product and have been using it for 2 years. I cut my veggies celery, lime broccoli in cubes so that the pulp do not get stuck. My question is that the warranty says 10 year and now my auger tooth snap off, 1 base bracket broke, the bowl wheel wearing down making it hard for the auto cleaner to spin. Can I request a repair or replacement for them? How about the rubber on the auto cleaner are they under warranty too? Thank you. Believe me I am happy with this product but I want to make sure the warranty covers all this until 10 years of use. Thank you!

I bought this product for my business, and the customers love to see what is going into their juice. As for me, it is quick and reliable. I am able to customize freshly made to order juices for myself and the customers on the spot. Very compact and convenient to take to events and catering.

It has been producing good juice for my family for the past 3 years or so. It is pretty good for most of veggies and fruits etc but there are certain vegetables that are not going well with this machine such as cabbage, leafy greens etc although it can still make some juice out of those greens. Carrot, beet, orange, apple, pineapples, pear have been the best item to juice with this, Celery, asparagus needs to be chopped in about a inch length to minimize jamming. Pay attention to the filter and maintain the filter well as it is the most important item of this juicer which determines its "juicing performance" Motor seems very powerful and adequate. Not a perfect machine but still I like it more than any other type of juicer. Warranty service is good for any damaged part. Thank you omegajuicer.

I bought my juicer 2 years ago, the product works great, and when one of the piece got damage, I call the 800 number, Sharon who works there to take the picture of the damage piece, and send it to me for free, I just had to pay S&H. Would recommend to everyone. Happy juicing :)

This was my first juicer and I've had it for a few years. It's great and juices so many things very well. I decided to go with the VRT330 because I knew I wanted to juice lots of leafy greens and it isn't loud. Easy to clean and has held up great. Replacing a part such as the juicing screen when it cracks is very easy and Omega always gets the new one to me in a few days. I've had to replace two screens due to cracking but for the past four years I've juiced daily. So two screens in four years for the amount of juicing I do, I'm ok with.

I got my juicer in early 2011 and it's been a lifeline to my health. It still works just great. I believe the screen has been replaced three times so far - but customer service has always been very courteous and prompt in doing that. Thank you!

Concern.. I have the VRT 330S Juicer. I am finding that depending what I put in the juicer my juice is pulpy.. and many things like Celery, and kale, green leafy veggies don't give much juice and clog the pulp extraction area.. Wondering if I am doing something wrong.. Never had this issue with the Jack Lalane one but I did not like it as much as this one.. But there are a few things that frustrate me on this one. any help would be great.. paid a lot of money for this and did not expect certain veggies to not be able to be juiced..

I am so happy I bought this machine. When my original screen got cracracked and the auger became dented, I called Omega, and they asked me to send pictures by email. She informs me that, if I pay for shipping, they will replace those parts for free. And they will cover it with a 10 year warranty. In addition, I asked for the upgrade and they are going to send me parts that are better than the originals for free! I could not be happier. Love my Omega. Love the quick prompt customer service. Love the warranty. Had it been any other brand, they would have told me to stuff it where the Sun doesn't shine. Never had a better experience with a juicer brands in my life. Produces excellent quality juice from all fruits and vegetables, and tastes great. I would recommend Omega to anyone. The VRT 330 is a great model because it discharges the pulp. Unlike a centrifugal juicer, which makes a little bit of juice, and then you have to take the whole thing apart, and clean out the pulp by hand. With this Omega VRT 330, you could keep on going all day long without much interruption, and certainly very little if no inconvenience.

I was given this from my friend to try for a week. I've been trying to decide on the juicer that would be best for our family. This was easy to clean and even easier to use. They say the best juicer you can buy is one that you will actually use and it's so true!

We purchased our VRT330 in 2010 and have been very pleased with it. The screen started to crack so we called Omega. They asked us to send a photo of the cracked screen which we did. (So easy to do with digital cameras.) The part arrived very quickly and we were quickly juicing again. In reading the negative reviews it would appear that the customers didn't try to work out their problems with Omega. Whenever I have called their support center, the staffers have been informative and very easy to work with.
