Great toaster over. Bought this for work area for 3 people to share and often had 2 or more others come in just to use the real oven. We used it for a year or 2 I can?t remember before the job went south. It was very well used and always did a great job. Then 1 of the 3 took it to their church to donate for someone in need.

need to find a way to clean their clean surface, surface. Also problems with timer not shutting off and cant get it to do short times

I bought this product a couple of months ago and have lost track of the things I have burned in both toast and bake modes because the time selector is engineered so that even a miniscule movement is just too long. Awful product!
