Bought this 4 or 5 yes ago. Turn table began making house. It was actually the turn table wheel dropping into rust hole. Stopped working all together. Would not buy another Panasonic MW.

My old inverter Panasonic died, so I needed a replacement.
LOVE the Inverter feature, so I selected a newer Panasonic model.
Hindsight; most of the new features I don't need and won't use the extra buttons just clutter the panel.
I am perfectly capable of heating a cup of coffee and popping popcorn without a special button.
FINALLY, Panasonic turns on the interior light when you open the door!
SADLY, they still don't cancel the "finished" alarm when you open the door.
Hey guys, you have an interlock switch; use it!

I only buy Panasonic microwave ovens. They suit us best with their performance and reliability, but small appliances eventually give out. As soon as the microwave failed, I went online to Walmart and found the successor. We are most pleased with the purchase. Performance, price, ease of use, plus we had the new unit in our house 4 days after our old unit went down. The transaction was A+ from start to finish....
