The surface is great you can cook a 12 oz package of bacon all at once. The only thing I would change is the drip tray it is a little flimsy.

This is the best griddle I have purchased in the last 10 years. Temperature control is accurate, clean up is easy, nonstick ceramic coating is truly nonstick. Easy to store. Honestly have tried more expensive griddles that have all been a disappointment with temperature issues and or nonstick surface that wasn't nonstick. Seriously should have bought this sooner and not wasted so much money on other griddles. The oaster brand was the absolute worst griddle I have ever owned.

I use this almost every morning for breakfast, I use it for burgers and oh my god Toasting the bun it's heaven. Today for lunch my grandkids and I will be doing grill cheese on it. This has become one of my favorite appliances in my kitchen.

We really like it. The whole pan gets hot. No cool spots anywhere. Great for breakfast and grilled cheese . Had some burgers on it too and those came out great. Easy to clean and its non stick so it doesn't stick on

Decent griddle. I've only used it once, but it got really hot and heated evenly. Made GREAT pancakes, cooked sausage patties well. I was surprised at the textured surface though...it's not the "smooth as glass" surface I was expecting, but rather a "crinkled" type of surface. I was worried about the cleaning effort because of that, but a quick rinse under the faucet with dish soap and a brush was plenty. Legs remove and attach very easily with a wire spring type latch. Power cord was long enough for my needs. The grease tray slides in and out easily (maybe too easily). I bought this mainly for pancakes on Sunday mornings...did a great job for my needs.

I made bacon on it on Sunday, it worked pretty well. The bacon didn't stick to the surface. Cons: it did take awhile to heat up. The drain cup isn't very secure when you connect with the griddle. Other then those 2 cons its a great griddle for the money.

This is a replacement for a 1996 Presto griddle that we enjoyed a lot until the legs broke. I've used this new one only once and it seems to work well. I did not see any uneven cooking of the pancakes as some people reported. It has a great non-stick surface and seems easy to clean. The handles are very easy to install/remove.

I bought this after I was making grilled cheese for a family of 6. I was frustrated on using a normal frying pan as it was taking too long to make. I told my wife I'm buying a griddle. I used it to make French toast once I received and I could make 8 slices to 3 on a frying pan. Sure made it easy. I later made grilled cheese and my 10 year old son said it was the best grilled cheese ever. I'll admit the crust was buttery and had good sear. He even said maybe my hamburgers maybe even better. I'm going to try them in a few days. So buy it already I'm happy I did.

I have not had mine for long, but I'm already in love with this thing! I make whole wheat pancakes from scratch on a regular basis and this griddle allows me to make 8-10 at a time, plus it does not stick at all. It has been great!

This griddle will hold 8, 5 inch pancakes easily. I added a bit of oil, but the surface which is rough or hash marked, is non-stick. I don't think I would have needed the oil. It held the temperature perfectly and when I was ready to clean it up, all I had to do was remove the electrical cord and immerse it in soapy water. Great design.
