GE Profile French-Door Refrigerator Reviews

Works as a refrigerator (came with a new house). Seems to be very noisy (lots of noticeable humming). Interior looks like there is space for everything but we seem to be stacking lots of items to fit. The push pad for the ice/water dispenser seems to scratch very easily (this may have been delivered that way or was scratched during installation, or the metal is very fragile). We have had the refrigerator 1 month.

We did a complete kitchen remodel, and this fridge is a focal point as it sits at the end of our island. It looks great as the slate color contrasts the lighter colors we chose for cabinets, tile, & countertops. We have small children so it's also important that fingerprints do not show. As for functionality, I love how bright the fridge lights are. Even though it's counter depth, it seems very spacious and meets all our storage needs. The only possible negative is I feel that the ice maker disperses ice in a way that you need to position any non-large cups perfectly to avoid cubes from bouncing off your cup and hitting the floor. Overall, we are very happy with this purchase!

We love this refrigerator although the Keurig feature is not as handy as we had hoped. It is great for one cup but takes a while to heat so not great for multiple cups. We love the counter depth. It is still very roomy.

This refrigerator is really nice. I love the keurig attachment. No need to have a coffee maker unit on the counter tops. Plenty of space and looks nice.

We got our new fridge a month ago it came scratch so we're waiting for a new door we bought it for the Keurig feature which I like but you can't breathe or something and open the door it stops the brewing process I saw one reviewer said hers does not brew 6 ounces mine Bruce 6 ounces 8 ounces in 10 ounces the icemaker is OK but it tends to shoot ice all over the place when you use it and my husband doesn't like the small amount of ice that is held in the door if your family that uses a lot of ice and coolers were to take on trips this is probably not the one for you it doesn't make ice quickly though the fridge has a cool turbo cool feature as well as the freezer it has a door alarms you can use your Alexa to set up the heating mechanism for your Carrigg for when you wake up or you can use the GE app it's a little smaller than I liked but OK for two people we have a next to refrigerator in the basement and I'm glad because around the holidays when there's a lot of Food being stored there would not be enough room It is not noisy at all like some reviewer's have stated

Initial 24 hr experience has been very good. The controls were very easy to understand/use, Packaging and assembly of drawer system was easy... start-up operation (fridge/freezer) was fast. Particularly liked the turbo setting to get things chilled quickly. Interior lighting is quite attractive and ample. Love-love-love the Keurig brewing option! Our first counter-depth fridge... we were concerned about losing space but we're pleasantly surprised. Sadly I do have to raise the overhead cabinet a 1/2” inch to fit completely but that's my issue.

I love this refrigerator!! It's stunning ♥️ Great space and flexibility. I was blown away by the freezer space and bin configuration. The hot water/kreuig maker is wow!! I've recommended it to everyone I know

We purchased this GE appliance based upon the reviews we've read and we are truly happy with the performance, quality and appearance. It's the best product I've ever invested in.

I bought this fridge in February of 2015 to go along with my brand new home. The design is great and the features are cool. There are plenty of compartment to store your food and frozen items. The ice maker is not as great as I thought. When I select crushed ice, it releases a very limited amount and in a scattered manner. Also, the ice crusher seems to get stuck. Ice cubes, however, are fine. It's a beautiful fridge but as it has been getting warm here Cali. The internal fridge temperature rises to 61 degrees. My drinks get sweaty and the deli compartment freezes. This is not normal because this just started happening after a year and a half. By the next morning, the temperature drops again. Weird, this happens lately when the temperature outside rises to 90 degrees or higher.

We've had the refrigerator for six months now, and we love it! Although counter depth, it has plenty of room for all our food and beverages! We stopped using our spare refrigerator and free standing freezer in the garage! The refrigerator is beautiful, has spacious storage organizers in logical places, and works like a dream! We love our GE!
