SpecificationsAttractive, durable food grade stainless steel 64 (or 128) ounce keg with pressure relieving valveStout Creamer Faucet - Essential for getting the trademark lacy foam of a good Guinness or a frothy iced coffee, without the need of dairy or creamer! Dual-action pour lets you add a creamy top to your pour.Cartridge holder casing - System is compatible with 2g N nitrogen cartridge (NOT included!) Use 2 per batch 64 oz keg (4 for 128oz). Option: N2O cartridges also work, 1 x 64 oz (2 x 128 oz).Faucet Combo Wrench - Makes installing or removing faucets easy!2 x Cleaning Brushes - makes it easy to clean the tubing, faucets, and other hard-to-reach places!Plastic hoseDimensions (64oz): 13.9" x 7" x 7" (128oz): 19.5" x 7" x 5.25"Weight: 5.5 / 5.89 lbsQuick Start Guide1. Add cold brew to the keg IMPORTANT: Only fill the keg up to 50%-75% maximum (40 oz - 48 oz). The gas needs space to form! Filling the keg up all the way can cause unwanted pressure leakage, since the gas will need to escape!2. Install the faucet: add small thin black silicone rubber ring to spear/faucet connection point (one of four in ziploc bag). Attach plastic hose.3. Put the NITRO by Best Whip 2g N cartridge in jacket.4. Screw in the nitrogen jacket until you hear a hissing noise.5. Shake keg well (15-20 seconds), let it sit for 20-30 minutes to absorb gas from the 1st cartridge, then add a 2nd cartridge! (do 4 total for 128 oz). Then, put into refrigerator for 1 hr minimum.6. Enjoy your nitro brew coffee!Note: All tap systems drip due to excess foam, so tap your glass on the edge of the stout faucet tip after you've closed the tap handle or lightly shake the keg forward to get the remaining coffee to flow out of the tip. Use our included tap plug to close off the faucet tip.Foam TipsYour homemade cold brew won't interact optimally with the gas if it is too watery or too concentrated. Try buying store-bought cold brew to test if the foam responds better, or, if brewing your own, do the following ratio: 7 oz of Ground Coffee *to* 28 oz of water = yields = 16 ounces of coffee concentrate. Then, add 32 ounces of water to the coffee concentrate to form an ideal blend of 48 oz of cold brew for your 64 oz keg. (Note: Use 96 oz for 128 oz keg) Note: To liven up the top layer of your pour, substitute a few oz of cream in place of water -- most shops do use cream in their cold brew before adding nitro, so this will help give you that same experience. You should also try Nitrous Oxide cartridges, instead of Nitrogen, if you want more foamier results. For more foam, use the Ultra Pure-Whip Nitrous Oxide 8g cartridges (1 per batch for 64 oz keg). Nitrous oxide adds a slightly sweet taste and you only need to use 1. For a classic stout flavor without the added sweetening, instead use 2 x Nitrogen cartridges by Best Whip (or similar brand). For maximum foam, be sure to shake the keg well (10-15 seconds) after each cartridge and to wait a minimum of 20 minutes between each cartridge. Make sure to shake the keg every 24 hours to extend the life of the nitrogen cartridge.

• Enjoy the great taste of Nitro Brew coffee, without paying at a coffeeshop each time!
• COMPATIBILITY: Use either four N (Nitrogen) Cartridges, or two N20 (Nitrous Oxide) Cartridge, for best results use 4 x NITRO by Best Whip Nitrogen cartridges. To allow gas to form, only fill the keg up to 50%-75% maximum!
