SoupExpress 3 Speed Black Stainless Steel Blender Reviews

When I was in France I bought a Siméo SoupeXpress that I liked very much. When I got back to the States I looked for something similar. This is not it. The Siméo product has a "smooth" setting and a "chunky" setting for velvety smooth soups or hearty soups where all the vegetables are identifiable. The SoupExpress has a 3-speed blender function that does make velvety smooth soups, but the "Stir" function also blends everything. Effectively, there is no real way to make a chunky soup. The Siméo product lacks a "sauté" function that the SoupExpress has. This is a great idea because in theory the soup can be made from start to finish in the blender carafe, but in practice sautéing produces a strong odor of burning plastic. I no longer use this function. In general, this is a good product that produces nutritious soups but it could be a lot better.

Purchased this product for two in one features. This blender is good for the on the go soup makers,dips,Not good at all for making smoothies,will not even crush the chopped ice. from my ice maker.

Although, I do not dislike my soup express.....So far....It has the UTMOST horrific recipe instructions I have ever seen...The instructions do NOT even include many of the ingredients...I would NOT PAY this person for future publications....under NO circumstances!!!!

My husband and I have had this blender for a little over a month now and it is everything I wanted in a blender. I've been making soup to smoothies and they come out perfect every time and I just love it!!!! Ice cubes get cruhed and slushed quickly. It was easy picking this over the Ninja blender, but I love that this blender has a heating element!!! I would recommend this blender to every one!! It is also easy to clean and very safe!!! Considering I was willing to spend $300 on the Health Master!! Glad I did my research first and found this product!!!!

This is an awesome product. It is really worth it for the price you pay under $100. It blends and I made hot soup with it. I had to say I was a bit worry when reading the reviews. The recipes are easy to follow and I actually made soup that tasted good. haha Highly recommended!

We bought this from Walmart.com. It did not come with a recipe book nor instructions how to use. The "Customer Support" number is no longer valid from the product's web site. We contacted the tristar site and got hung up on. People only will sell it but NO ONE will support it!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

they don't have one on thier web site they list last 4 numbers of 5199 the order line gave me another 5177 tried both they don't even know what a soup express is. my product came without manual or recipe book or manual. if they don't support it your on your on your own. buy the walmart warranty or buy a different brand
