This little popper is so easy and simple to use - you will never go back to bagged microwave popcorn again. We used it for a slumber party this past weekend. We used it for about 7 batches back to back and had absolutely no issues. It pops about the same amount as one of the mini-bags. The topper also serves as a measuring cup for the kernels. You simply measure, dump the kernels in the popper, and microwave. That's it. Additionally, you can add butter to the top and let it melt directly into the popcorn while it pops. It's quick, cheaper, and so much healthier for you than bagged popcorn. Get one for yourself and one for a friend. It's a great housewarming present and great for any college student living in the dorm. Side note: my ten year can use it without supervision. She thinks it cool and I am just glad it's a light snacking option after school.

I was curious about this product since I love microwave popcorn like act II all you have to do is put the corn kettle andwith oil and cook it in minutes. Then, you can improve the flavor by adding butter at top. This gadget or kitchen item is very nice but it's very delicate, since it's made of cristal, I broke it by accident in matter of days... Go ahead and buy it but be very careful with it.

This is a cute item for kids and adults. Definitely a gift for any popcorn lover. The popcorn maker provided a snack/ healthy portion of popcorn. I used generic popcorn kernels and the results was awesome. My students love popcorn, however the bagged popcorn is so smelly and chemical laden. You can be sure that you are making healthy popcorn with this maker. As mentioned on the package, adding butter during the cooking process caused my first batch of popcorn to burn. You can always melt butter separately and add to popcorn if desired.

I love this popcorn popper! Ever since I discovered how much better popcorn tastes when it is not from a bag, I would always pop my own kernels. I absolutely love how easy and quick this popcorn popper is with popping kernels! It requires no oil and leaves no mess behind. One of my favorite things about it is how much cabinet space I save with it! It is easy to clean, dry, and store! One tip I would offer is that you really have to pay attention to the seconds between the pops to know when you should stop the microwave. I found it a bit on the easy side to burn popcorn if I left it in for just a few seconds too long. Although, I have found you become better with the timing the more you use this product with your particular microwave. Overall, I definitely recommend this product!

The whole family loves watching movies and everyone loves popcorn, but going to the movies is so expensive and the popcorn, oh my goodness, it's popcorn! Why does it cost so much? Of course I understand the movie theaters has to make money, but we definitely cannot afford to go to the theaters all the time. Once in awhile we will splurge and go to the movie theaters, but most of the time, we stay at home, watch a movie on our tv and make some fresh popcorn. We got the Ecolution Micro-Pop Microwave Popcorn Popper 1.5QT to try out. The design is super cute. I love the red color. It is made of Temperature Safe Glass w/Multi Purpose Lid, although it is made of glass, it is not heavy at all. We use to make popcorn from those packages, but those packages already has pre added ingredients that not everyone wants, but with this one, you have the option to add butter on the top of the lid, or not at all if you just like your popcorn plain. We have made popcorn several times in the Ecolution Micro-Pop Microwave Popcorn Popper and our popcorn comes out perfect every time! We love that we have fresh popcorn within minutes because we never have to wait very long for the second batch and costs only a fraction of the price compared to the theaters. Thank goodness we are able to pause the movie when we're at home.

My 4 year old daughter and I love popcorn. I was considering buying an air popper that you plug in but I am so glad I got this instead. It is easy to use, works great, easy to clean and store. I fill the little cup on top with seeds, pour them in the container and heat for 2 minutes. That makes enough for one person. My daughter loves helping me do this and she loves seeing the finished popcorn after we take it out of the microwave. Cleans great in the dishwasher. There is usually some seeds left that didn't pop, but I think that's normal for most popcorn makers.

This is very convenient. I filled the bottom with popcorn seeds, placed the top on it, and put it in my microwave and pressed the popcorn button. At first I was skeptical that the lid would come off because it just lays on top but its rubber and it stayed put. The lid has holes for you to put butter so that it can melt and fall on the popcorn as its popping but I just always use the squeeze already melted butter. Once it finished popping I had a few unpopped kernels but not many. The popcorn tasted like it was freshly popped right off the stove and clean up was super easy. The bowl part of the pepper as well as the lid were easy to clean. I just washed them with dawn and put them in my drainer to dry. I do wonder how long it will take the rubber to lose shape after being heated so many times but so far it's been holding up.

My entire family is loving this nifty, little popcorn popper for the microwave. The kernels pop up big, full, and light, with a nice crisp texture and it makes popcorn into a lighter snack than cooking it on the stovetop in oil. It's really easy to use as the vented lid is also the measuring cup. As the instructions suggest, you can experiment to find out what works best for your microwave. The popper is about 5 1/4" tall x 5 3/4 inches wide and I think that it would fit fine in any microwave. For our smaller 700-watt microwave, we've found that 3 minutes exactly works best for us. I tried cooking it at several different times and while it ended up with 18 un-popped kernels using a popular brand of yellow popcorn, three minutes still seemed like the best time for our microwave. When I cooked it even ten seconds longer, some of the kernels got a bit burned, even though it came out with fewer un-popped kernels. My favorite way to eat it is putting olive oil on it and sprinkling some nutritional yeast on it. It's working really well for us and is really simple to use now that we figured out what time works best for our microwave.

I love that the lid has a fill line to guide you on how much popcorn you should add and it allows butter to melt into your popcorn. This little popper gives an even pop with no effort and no wasted kernels! On the stove, you had to consistently shake the kernels and still end up with burnt popcorn on the bottom. And Cleanup is easy as it's all machine washable! One serving Took 2m30s in my 1000w microwave. This size popper in the perfect size for one, but you would have to do multiple batches otherwise. I love love love this thing and highly recommend to anyone. Tasty always delivers on quality.

This tasty micro popcorn popper 1.5 quart is a great item to have. I couldn't wait to get the tasty popcorn popper is very easy to use and a very healthy way to cook one of my favorite snacks. The directions are simple and easy to follow. The popper is made of glass and silicone. My first experience was not so great each experience with different microwaves are different, I first tried it in an 900 watt which didn't work at all ( maybe the micro wave was old , it was 900 watts), so I tried an 1000 watt in which I had a better experience, I made the popcorn with coconut oil, only a small amount was needed and it easily popped all the kernels and didn't burn, the handle was warm but not hot . Although the topper has a lot of steam and will be very hot. You can also add butter in top if you want so on second time I added the butter to top as the directions stated and it worked great!! Popcorn tasted really good. I really enjoy using this popper and I like seeing the popcorn as it pops while in microwave. I love using this popper to make one of my favorite snacks. The design is very cute and it's easy to clean up too. I would definitely recommend this popper to friends and family.
