Had the unit only a short time and so limited use. Easy clean up, heats fast, quiet operation, food tastes delicious, and next to no oil needed. Would have given it a 5, but haven't used all the features yet. Need a trivet for underneath and another for drawer immediately after use. Instructions and operation very easy. I would recommend.
