I bought this less than 2 yrs ago and the nightlight bulb went out - my husband barely touched it to remove and it broke off like the attach picture- there's NO instructions how to get the rest of the bulb piece out !! Someone help me because it's over my oven and I need help

We have been using our 1.6 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave for a couple of months and it is doing the job very well! The only issue was the defrost was a little touchy and may have to do it twice but everything other than that is great. The price was fantastic. I love the look of it with our other appliances. We got a new Amana microwave (even though they are Whirlpool now) to replace an old Amana Radarange over the stove. The new model is both taller and deeper than the old one was. There are not as many bells, switches and whistles on the keypad as in the past; that is either a curse or a blessing depending on how you look at it. The power is great, the consistency of the different power levels is great, the rotating plate works wonderfully. It looks nice, but it does stick out pretty far and with an older design of kitchen it could be a little higher away from the stove. That is not specifically a problem in the microwave, although it can kind of be blamed on designers. Kind of.
I gave it a 4. I never give anything a 5 unless it rocks my world. This one doesn't quite do that. But, it's a good solid microwave.
