look at the pictures and then figure out how to use the accessories. That's not a good way do you have return customers or even have a customer, like me, consider returning it. maybe I should have spent a little more money for a product that would have an instruction book in it but maybe some recipes. I've had my air fryer for a long time and decided to add some accessories. there's paperwork missing which I would have to assume wasn't going to be inserted in the first place. I continue to look at the 12 pieces and I'm considering a return at my earliest convenience.
